We're building this section with routes designed specifically for travelling around Lanzarote by campervan: where to stop, what to see and — very importantly — where you're allowed to park and stay overnight, as distinct from camping. For now, a few fixed ideas for the route:

About parking and camping in Lanzarote: parking overnight in a designated car park is not the same as staying overnight in a campervan, nor the same as camping (setting up a tent, awnings or tables outside the vehicle). Each has its own municipal and national-park rules in protected areas. Before publishing specific overnight recommendations, we're confirming the current regulations area by area — for now, we don't claim you can freely stay overnight or camp anywhere on the island.
